“We appointed Claire Douglas as the agent for our properties in May 2020 and we have been delighted with the services she has provided.  Our tenants deal directly with Claire for any problems that may occur, and she responds to them immediately to investigate, she contacts us to discuss any repairs required and arranges for the appropriate contractor for these to be carried out with our consent and approval. Claire ensures that 3-4 monthly visits are carried out on our properties and she sends us her written reports, she also deals with advertising and sourcing new tenants if necessary. All paperwork is completed including references, tenancy agreements, inventories, deposits etc and copies are forwarded on to us. We receive monthly receipts for rents collected and invoices for management services and any expenses incurred. This is a very professional management and property maintenance company that we highly recommend.”
